Job summary

A BSN and at least one year of RN experience are required, with CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and a commitment to patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Of Science Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Competence in RN performance expectations or as hiree.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition and reporting changes to the physician or Charge Nurse/Team Leader.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and daily goals; coordinate with other disciplines for discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, report significant changes, follow safety practices and physician orders.
• Evaluation: reassess patients after interventions and modify care as needed.
• Report Skills: give and receive bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
