Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff. High school diploma and background check are required; 40 hours weekly; non-exempt.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State criminal background check and Federal checks if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographic, billing and insurance information and enter into systems.
• May handle pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain signatures for treatment and financial obligations.
• Collect deposits and patient payments and document in systems.
• Balance daily receipts and manage cash drawer as needed.
