Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Registration Clerk for the Kenosha location to support patient check-in, data entry, and insurance verification in the EPIC EMR system. This role requires excellent customer service, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule follows a two-week rotating plan with weekend and holiday rotation; shifts include mornings.

• Create the initial electronic health record foundation and prevent duplicates.
• Check in and register patients; obtain demographics and insurance information; discuss co-pays.
• Explain insurance basics and refer patients to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and gather required signatures as applicable.
• Coordinate appointments, answer inquiries, and assist patients with transportation or interpreters.
• Maintain patient privacy and manage queues per department processes.
