Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead second-shift front‑end revenue cycle operations. You’ll oversee registration, scheduling, insurance verification and point‑of‑service collections, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.

The role includes coaching staff, monitoring metrics and driving process improvements across the patient access function. This onsite position in Springfield, MA partners with Baystate Health to align staffing and operations with budget

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee second-shift front‑end revenue cycle operations.
• Lead registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and POS collections.
• Coach and mentor staff; ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operations.
• Build strong relationships with partner departments across clinical and revenue cycle.
