Advocate Health is seeking a full-time manager for the 10391 Enterprise Revenue Cycle – North IL Arrival Managers department. You will oversee patient access, admissions and revenue-cycle operations across hospital and offsite locations.

You will analyze processes, drive improvements, and lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality and service. Strong communication, leadership, and HR skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in patient access and admitting, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proven networking and problem-solving ability with physicians and management.
• Strong time-management, organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with Windows applications and PAS software.

Responsibilities

• Leads 24/7 departments and analyzes processes to streamline revenue cycle operations.
• Maintains effective communication with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Monitors patient and staff satisfaction, follows up on concerns to maximize service quality.
• Analyzes trends to identify root causes and recommends refinements.
• Collaborates with patient access and other departments to standardize policies and procedures.
• Partners with IS and other areas to address PAS system issues and training.
• Performs HR responsibilities including interviewing, promotions, staff development and evaluations.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and manages expenditures.
