Job summary

Banner Health is opening a new freestanding Emergency Department in Buckeye, AZ. We are hiring experienced ED RNs for full-time and part-time night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a 14,500 sq ft facility with 14 exam spaces and a close partnership with Banner Estrella Medical Center.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years ED RN experience, BLS, and a passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. New grads are directed to RN New Grad search pages for openings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of three years ED RN experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and document nursing care following physician orders and standards of practice.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust the care plan as needed.
