Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per organizational policies and professional standards.
• Develop and revise plans of care with patient/family and multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care activities and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Promote best practices and patient safety, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
