Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in an ED setting within the last 12 months is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and participate in planning and implementing care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families and assist in discharge planning.
