Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document care timing, progress and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and supervise staff as needed.
