Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for the Sun City, Arizona area. This Full-Time Night shift (6pm-6:30am) position includes an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential, with self-scheduling for weekend coverage.

You'll join a 410-bed acute-care hospital team delivering stroke, cardiac and pediatric care, with strong focus on patient experience and quality outcomes. Previous ED experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care ED/ER setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Document care and outcomes accurately in patient records.
• Provide education and discharge planning support to patients and families.
