Qualifications

• Requires RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification required
• Two years clinical management experience
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for behavioral health settings may be required
• In LTC setting: familiarity with Alzheimer's disease and developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff.
• Act as real-time clinical expert for unit staff and physicians for escalated issues.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives with director
• Manage operational and capital budgets and resources
• Develop staff leadership and create a culture of learning
• Oversee staff selection, onboarding, and retention; coach performance
• Manage large single unit or multiple clinical units to ensure excellent patient care
