Centerpoint Medical Center in Missouri is seeking an ER Discharge Coordinator PRN to support bedside scheduling as part of our centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. The role focuses on enhancing the patient experience with timely follow-up and clear communication.

You will interact with patients and staff, schedule follow-up care at the bedside, ensure quality standards, and help promote our services while escalating issues to leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speaks with customers, patients and stakeholders in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Schedules patients for follow-up care bedside when appropriate.
• Ensures performance and quality standards are met.
