Ladders, a leader in healthcare, is seeking a Founding Director – People to shape the people strategy from the ground up in a remote setting. You will build recruiting and HR foundations, partnering with founders to attract top talent and establish core processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sourcing and closing corporate talent.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company with broader HR responsibilities.
• High emotional intelligence and sound judgment in advisory roles.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Desire to build processes and execute them independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate recruiting efforts from role definition through candidate close
• Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring needs and assess talent
• Develop effective interview processes and recruiting tools
• Create foundational HR policies and onboarding processes
• Identify and plan for future recruiting and People function needs
