Job summary

Ladders is seeking a People Experience Lead - US to shape the US people agenda and provide senior-level generalist leadership across the full employee lifecycle in a remote environment.

You will partner with the Chief People Officer, squad leads, managers, recruiting, and credentialing teams to strengthen people programs, policies, and day-to-day support as the organization expands its clinic delivery business.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in generalist HR/People roles, including senior capacity.
• Hands-on experience with multi-state US employment regulations and practices.
• Experience supporting clinician populations in health systems or telehealth.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders without direct management authority.
• Extensive knowledge across the employee lifecycle, including talent and performance management.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with discretion handling sensitive people matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to shape the US people vision and strategy.
• Deliver comprehensive generalist support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise and upskill squad leads and managers on people matters.
• Own and improve US people programs and policies for a remote environment.
• Collaborate with credentialing and recruitment teams to ensure integration of people processes.
• Coach the People Experience team to enhance their capabilities.
• Utilize people data to analyze trends and inform proactive decisions.
• Lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives that cultivate culture and belonging.
