Ladders is seeking a Director, Business Development to join a leader in Consumer Technology. This remote leadership role will oversee a high-performing BD function focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

The ideal candidate will coach managers, refine go-to-market approaches, and accelerate performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes and sales effectiveness in a fast-moving consumer technology environment. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years leading BD or sales teams.
• Proven lead generation and pipeline success.
• Software industry experience, SMB-focused.
• Strong analytics for sales data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers.
• Coach team with product and industry knowledge.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive results.
• Present and sell solutions while improving market approach.
• Close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sales team.
