Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service with ability to handle high volume of inquiries in person, by phone and online.
• Proficient with CDK or similar work order systems and Excel.
• Service department experience preferred.
• Strong communication with technicians, parts staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer service authorizations, identify repairs, and provide cost estimates.
• Ensure customers have credit and arrange payments as required.
• Communicate start times and completion dates, update progress, and note any additional work.
• Assign service times to work order segments, manage service jobs, and inspect machines.
• Invoice customers including warranty work and review before closing orders.
