Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Good understanding of local conditions with a knowledge of sale and resale values of machinery.
• Must be a self-starter with good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Agricultural background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage service work orders until completion and invoicing.
• Update customer profiles with equipment hours and details.
• Maintain service accessories and supplies; prepare replacement orders.
• Prepare warranty/product improvement submissions with Central Warranty Administrator.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading mower/equipment.
• Close and process RO’s for payment as needed.
• Assist technicians; provide parts lookup and MD orders.
• Support parts counter and truck loading/unloading as needed.
• Stage equipment for service and maintain lot for easy pickup/delivery.
• Act as ambassador for the dealership and promote loyalty.
