Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service with ability to handle high volume inquiries in person, by phone and online.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, parts staff.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying repairs and preparing quotes.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer service authorizations and provide cost estimates to customers.
• Ensure customers have credit for work authorized and arrange payments as needed.
• Communicate start times and completion dates; update progress for customers.
• Assign repair times to work orders and review technician reports before closing.
• Invoice customers, including warranty work, after final inspection.
