Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a part-time team member in Wyoming, Michigan. The role involves assisting with customer calls, supporting field teams and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservations, and directing equipment to optimize inventory based on demand and productivity.

It also includes reviewing reports to ensure accurate reservations and contracts, and supporting the U-Box product. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic office equipment skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts to support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
