Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team at the Milwaukee location. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills. Proficiency with standard office equipment, Word, and email is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
