Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers; support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
