Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Business Development Representative for its Rental division to support stores in a defined Georgia region and drive profitable revenue growth.

You will work alongside established sales representatives to target accounts, expand share of wallet, and develop skills for a future Territory Sales Representative role. Ideal candidates have sales experience, leadership, initiative, and enjoy building relationships with customers in a collaborative team environment; a valid

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with leadership and initiative.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and work in a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentation, organization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Six months inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development of sales skills: customer interaction, quoting, negotiating, understanding construction stages.
• Revenue generation: call on underserved, dormant customers, new account generation, revenue tracking.
• Salesforce mastery: maximize use of sales tool.
• Equipment knowledge: understand fleet offering, demonstrations and training.
