You will provide equipment rental solutions through consultative selling, proactive prospecting, and disciplined territory management. The role emphasizes product knowledge, professional communication, and consistent follow-up, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Sunstate’s equipment and services.
• Able to learn quickly and work across diverse customer types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; consultative selling.
• Experience with CRM and Office apps.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Manage sales pipeline through prospecting and lead conversion.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Build relationships with customers at jobsites and offices.
• Educate customers on Sunstate products and applications.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing.
• Document activity in CRM and track trends.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Branch Managers, Sales Leaders.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance.
