Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years in rental industry.
• Willingness to work an on-call rotation.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Enter rental information accurately (dates, rates, terms, billing).
• Coordinate with sales, transportation, credit, and service teams to finalize paperwork.
• Ensure timely rental transactions: agreements, invoicing, payments, quotes, reservations.
• Review reservations daily and enforce company policies.
• Document lost rentals and initiate shipments or pickups.
• Coordinate purchase orders and vendor payables; manage freight invoices.
• Assist walk-in customers and support sales with orders and shipping.
• Advise Operations Manager on profitability and best interests.
