Responsibilities

• Enter and verify rental information (dates, rates, terms, billing).
• Coordinate with rental sales, transportation, credit, and service teams to finalize paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy of rental transactions, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Review reservations daily and enforce company policies.
• Document lost rentals and manage shipment/pick-up of equipment.
• Create purchase orders and process vendor payables to support re-rentals.
• Assist walk-in customers and support sales with orders and logistics.
