Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store seeks a Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and internal staff, coordinating rental sales and support services for our equipment fleet.

You will determine rental needs, handle reservations, and ensure smooth information flow. Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills are essential, with preferred experience in heavy equipment or rental industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service required, preferred experience in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry.
• Excellent computer skills – proficiency in MS Office required.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental sales and support services for equipment rental fleet.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, sales personnel, and other company personnel.
• Determine customer rental needs and handle all corresponding rental reservations.
