Job summary

Mustang Cat in Northwest Houston is seeking a Rental Coordinator to serve as a key contact for customers, coordinating equipment rentals from initial inquiry through billing and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

You will work with operations, service, and branch personnel to maximize equipment utilization, schedule deliveries and returns, and maintain accurate rental documentation in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person to identify equipment solutions that meet their rental needs.
• Prepare quotes, process rental agreements, and coordinate rental transactions from start to finish.
• Schedule and dispatch transportation for equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Monitor rental contracts, billing, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
