Qualifications

• Experience in branch/rental/equipment/dealership or fast-paced operation.
• Strong customer and sales mindset.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across teams.
• Comfort with learning systems, including MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental equipment logistics, including fleet availability, yard organization, contracts, movement, deliveries, trucking, maintenance, and records.
• Serve as the primary delivery coordinator with drivers, haulers, technicians, sales reps, branch leadership and the Orange, Texas location.
• Respond to customers by researching availability, understanding job requirements, recommending equipment or alternatives, and providing timely answers.
• Support rental growth through lead follow-up, outbound prospecting calls, customer relationship building, invoice and paperwork processing, and booking solutions.
