Job summary

Floor & Decor in Baton Rouge is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage home deliveries, LTL and carrier communications. You will ensure timely shipments, organize outbound loads, and maintain accurate shipping documents.

This role requires basic math, multitasking, forklift operation, and knowledge of shipping/receiving processes. The position offers a stable schedule with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving product.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all home deliveries, LTL’s and FedEx shipments by inputting information into the Storage Buy System.
• Ensure all home delivery, LTL and FedEx orders are released to the proper carrier.
• Print and work the EComm Shipping Report from MMS, ensure correct BOL labels on pallets.
• Stage outbound deliveries with proper shipping documents and labels.
• Detail receiving inbound PO shipments and coordinate with vendors.
