National Tank & Equipment in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the branch. You will coordinate rental requests, equipment availability, transportation logistics, contracts, dispatch, and branch communications to deliver timely, cost-effective rental solutions.

You will work with customers, sales, drivers, and leadership to ensure accurate documentation and smooth rentals from inquiry through return.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, communications or a related field a plus.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service, rental, logistics, sales support, or industrial field.
• DOT physical and a valid driver's license for more than 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Possess or obtain a valid TWIC card.
• Strong customer service, organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several active orders and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn rental systems; RentalMan experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work a rotating on-call schedule.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer inquiries and gather information to fulfill rental requests.
• Prepare and maintain rental contracts, quotes, PO's, and supporting records.
• Communicate order status, delivery expectations, and changes clearly.
• Understand the complete rental lifecycle from inquiry to closeout.
• Proactively manage customer communications during the rental period.
