Job summary

National Tank & Equipment in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the branch. You will coordinate rental requests, equipment availability, transportation logistics, contracts, dispatch, and branch communications to deliver timely, cost-effective rental solutions.

You will work with customers, sales, drivers, and leadership to ensure accurate documentation and smooth rentals from inquiry through return.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, communications or a related field a plus.
2+ years' experience in customer service, rental, logistics, sales support, or industrial field.
DOT physical and a valid driver's license for more than 3 years with a clean driving record.
Possess or obtain a valid TWIC card.
Strong customer service, organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
Ability to manage several active orders and changing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn rental systems; RentalMan experience preferred.
Must be willing to work a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and gather information to fulfill rental requests.
Prepare and maintain rental contracts, quotes, PO's, and supporting records.
Communicate order status, delivery expectations, and changes clearly.
Understand the complete rental lifecycle from inquiry to closeout.
Proactively manage customer communications during the rental period.
