Warren Equipment Company is seeking an Equipment Rental Specialist to support operations and ensure a positive rental experience for customers. You will coordinate pickup and delivery, prepare quotes, and manage rental paperwork with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role involves collaboration across multiple departments to ensure smooth transactions and reliable service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or 1–3 years in transportation industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly to groups
• Able to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, and commissions
• Capable of solving practical problems in varied situations
• Basic PC skills; experience with spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Complete rental transactions and coordinate pickup/delivery of rental units.
• Collect and enter all required rental information accurately.
• Consult with customers to determine rental rates, contracts, and transportation needs.
• Recommend products and services to customers.
• Prepare and assist with rental quotes.
• Collaborate with rental staff, transportation, credit, and service teams to finalize paperwork.
• Create/invoice/close rental agreements using WCAT software.
• Track inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
