Warren CAT is seeking an Equipment Rental Specialist to provide operational support and ensure a positive rental experience. You will coordinate rentals, prepare quotes, and collaborate with teams to finalize contracts and transportation plans.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret general business information.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or rentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete rental transactions and coordinate pick-up/delivery.
• Enter all required rental information accurately.
• Consult with customers to determine rates, prepare contracts, and arrange transportation.
• Recommend products and services and prepare rental quotes.
• Collaborate with rental staff and departments to ensure paperwork is complete.
• Create, edit, invoice, and close rental agreements using rental software.
• Track inventory and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Provide safe-use guidance and maintain customer satisfaction.
