Qualifications

• College degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years in equipment finance documentation or related fields.

• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Knowledge of UCC Article 9 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lien research to identify existing liens on customer business conflicts.
• Monitor 5-year filing expiration cycles and process UCC-3 continuations.
• File UCC-3 terminations promptly after payment obligations are satisfied.
• Partner with Equipment Sales to gather debtor information for valid filings.
