Job summary

Dobbs Equipment in Riverview, FL is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of security interests for high-value machinery, ensuring perfecting under UCC Article 9. You will support the Equipment Sales team, perform lien research, monitor filings, and promptly file UCC-3 terminations to keep titles clean.

The role requires strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, with travel up to 15% and a background in finance or equipment finance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Experience with equipment finance documentation or commercial lending.
Strong understanding of UCC Article 9 and lien management.

Responsibilities

Lien research to identify existing liens conflicting with security interests.
Monitor 5-year expiration cycle of filings and process UCC-3 continuations.
File UCC-3 terminations when obligations are satisfied to maintain clean titles.
Collaborate with Equipment Sales Team to gather debtor information for filings.
