Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking a Rental Coordinator to oversee John Deere equipment rentals across our network. You will coordinate between customers, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless rental experience from start to finish.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage contracts, invoicing, and inventory. This on-site position is based in Riverview, FL and supports a busy, customer-focused fleet operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focused approach
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, contracts, inventory and invoicing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer rental agreements for John Deere equipment and allied products
• Source and allocate equipment to meet customer rental needs while optimizing fleet availability
• Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company requirements
• Manage rental contract administration, including extensions, updates, and contract closeouts
• Ensure accurate and timely invoices of all rental transactions, verify rates, charges and supporting documentation to maintain billing accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage rental fleet utilization, identifying opportunities to increase equipment productivity
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to support rental inventory accuracy
