Qualifications

• Experience with UCC Article 9 related to Goods and Equipment.
• Ability to verify serial numbers against public records.
• Familiarity with lien management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-sale lien searches to identify existing liens.
• Monitor filing expirations and process UCC-3 Continuations to maintain priority.
• File UCC-3 Terminations after obligations are satisfied.
• Gather debtor information for valid filings in collaboration with Sales.
