Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator for Equipment Sales to manage the full lifecycle of security interests on high-value machinery. You will ensure perfecting under UCC Article 9 to protect repossession rights in default scenarios.
The role involves lien research, portfolio management of 5-year expiration cycles, and collaboration with the Sales team to obtain debtor details for filings. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
The Administrative Operations Coordinator for Equipment Sales manages the full lifecycle of security interests for high-value machinery. You will ensure that every piece of equipment sold or leased on credit is properly "perfected" under UCC Article 9, protecting the company’s ability to repossess assets in the event of default or bankruptcy.
