Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer rental agreements for John Deere equipment and allied products.
• Source and allocate equipment to meet customer rental needs while optimizing fleet availability.
• Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company requirements.
• Manage rental contract administration, including extensions, updates, and contract closeouts.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoices of all rental transactions, verify rates, charges and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and manage rental fleet utilization, identifying opportunities to increase equipment productivity.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to support rental inventory accuracy.
