Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of exceptional service for customers on their journeys. You will assist with rentals, inspect equipment, and educate customers using up-to-date technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental and return.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift certification offered on employment.
