Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our friendly service team. You will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment, and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities include helping customers, inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and educating customers on options. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; opportunities for certification and advancement

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and helpfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Educate customers about options and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including hitch and wiring installations.
