Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and manage rentals.

The role includes lifting and moving equipment, educating customers on products, and processing rental invoices with attention to safety and accuracy. Starting pay is $20/hour with on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and prepare equipment on the lot, including fluids and safety checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
