Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service. You will help customers on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment and assisting with rentals using U-Scan technology.

The position offers on-the-job education, two paid hands-on interviews, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection Certification. Benefits include health insurance, holidays, 401(k), ESOP, and more.

Qualifications

• Friendly and motivated with strong customer focus.
• Good communication and ability to educate customers.
• Willingness to learn inventory and equipment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers on features.
• Prepare invoices and handle returns; assist with hitching and wiring.
