Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV seeks an experienced Asset Manager to oversee project assets across multiple construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with rental and procurement terms. You will coordinate with Vista Viewpoint for invoice approvals and work closely with field teams to optimize asset utilization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of asset management experience in EPC environments, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years asset management experience with an EPC contractor.
• Knowledge of Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple construction sites.
• Maintain agile tracking with weekly updates on equipment status and risks.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance terms and use rights.
• Coordinate with the accounting department through Vista Viewpoint to approve invoices and resolve payment issues.
• Supervise on-site mechanics and coordinate with foremen for access to equipment.
• Lead project move-on processes with Construction and Project Management teams.
