Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of asset management experience on EPC/AE projects.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple sites.
• Maintain agile tracking with weekly updates on equipment status and risks.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance and use rights.
• Coordinate with accounting to approve invoices and resolve payment issues.
• Supervise on-site mechanics and coordinate asset inspections.
