Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV is hiring an Asset Manager to oversee project assets across multiple construction sites in the United States. You will ensure timely equipment availability, optimize performance, and enforce compliance with rental terms and internal policies.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business/finance or a related field, at least three years of asset management with an EPC contractor, and proficiency in Vista Viewpoint and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years asset management experience with an EPC contractor.
• Knowledge of Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Field supervision experience and task delegation.
• Ability to meet project goals and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple construction sites.
• Maintain agile tracking for weekly updates on equipment, dependencies, status and risk.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance terms and use rights.
• Ensure compliance with rental partner governing documents including rental and O&M agreements.
• Coordinate with accounting via Vista Viewpoint to approve invoices and resolve payment issues.
• Monitor and influence maintenance and operations based on equipment condition and site priorities.
• Cooperate with site/office management and request equipment from the Equipment Department.
• Supervise, organize, and review work of on-site mechanics.
• Ensure effectiveness of rental equipment mechanics by coordinating with foremen and access to units in need of repair.
• Support operational BAU activities of the construction site.
• Engage in day-to-day relationships with field service, finance and accounting teams.
• Lead project move-on processes with Construction and Project Management teams for site infrastructure needs.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of office support infrastructure (trailers, generators, towers, etc.).
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and maintenance of on-site fleet vehicles, fuel, and preventive supplies.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and maintenance of on-site sanitary equipment services.
• Support Logistics in recycling and scrapping materials to approved vendors.
• Communicate effectively with peers across locations and teams.
• Report equipment needs and issues with Construction Manager and Director of Equipment.
• Coordinate all on/off hire equipment inspections and tracking by site.
• Coordinate with site Superintendents on equipment utilization.
