Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks an Asset Manager/Project Equipment Coordinator to oversee assets across multiple construction sites, maintain agile weekly updates, review rental documents, and ensure compliance. Coordinate with accounting to settle invoices and resolve issues, while supervising on-site mechanics and coordinating repairs with foremen.

The role requires field supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance/accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in asset management for EPC contractor.
• Knowledge of Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Field experience supervising personnel and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple sites.
• Maintain agile tracking with weekly updates on equipment, dependencies, status and risks.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance and rights.
• Coordinate with accounting to approve invoices and resolve payment issues.
• Supervise on-site mechanics and coordinate with foremen on repairs.
• Support BAU activities and day-to-day field operations at sites.
