Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV is seeking an asset manager to monitor and optimize the performance of project assets across several construction sites. You will coordinate with field teams, site management and the Equipment Department to ensure timely delivery, maintenance and utilization of equipment.

The role requires 3+ years in asset management within an EPC context, familiarity with Vista Viewpoint, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study.
Minimum of 3 years of asset management experience with an EPC Contractor.
Knowledge of “Vista Viewpoint” or similar ERP software is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
Field experience in supervising personnel and task delegation.
Ability to achieve project goals and timelines.
Proven analytical, mathematical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment and inventory management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated interest in renewable energy through work experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple construction sites to meet deadlines.
Maintain agile tracking with weekly updates on equipment, dependencies, status and risks.
Review rental and procurement documents for compliance and use rights.
Coordinate with accounting to approve rental invoices and resolve payment issues.
Supervise, organize and review work of on-site mechanics.
