Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a qualified asset management professional to oversee performance of project assets across multiple construction sites. The role entails coordinating with site teams, reviewing rental documents, and ensuring compliance and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in asset management within an EPC context, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Vista Viewpoint and MS Office. Renewable energy exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years asset management experience in an EPC environment
• Knowledge of Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Experience supervising personnel and delegating tasks
• Ability to meet project goals and timelines
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment and inventory management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in renewable energy experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple construction sites to meet deadlines.
• Maintain agile tracking with weekly updates on equipment, dependencies, status, and risk factors.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance terms and use rights.
• Coordinate with accounting via Vista Viewpoint to approve outstanding rental invoices and resolve payments.
• Monitor maintenance and operations for assets based on condition and site priorities.
• Supervise on-site mechanics and coordinate inspections with foremen.
• Lead and participate in project move-on processes with Construction and PM teams for site infrastructure needs.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of office support infrastructure and on-site fleet vehicles.
• Engage with field service, finance, and asset-management teams; report equipment needs and issues.
• Support BAU site activities and maintain day-to-day relationships with stakeholders.
