Sentara Health is seeking an experienced Epic Willow specialist to manage day-to-day support, optimization, and maintenance of Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory systems. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and ensure safe, compliant medication management processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required.
• Epic Willow Certification (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory) required.
• 5+ years of Epic/health IT experience; 3 years with Bachelor's degree; 2+ years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and optimize Epic Willow applications including Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Analyze workflows, gather requirements, and implement system improvements.
• Support regulatory compliance and patient safety in medication management systems.
• Perform testing, upgrades, change management, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate projects and act as SME for Epic Willow applications.
