Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Willow specialist to support Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory systems. You will analyze workflows with pharmacists and clinicians, implement improvements, and ensure safe medication management processes.

Responsibilities include testing, upgrades, incident handling, and coordinating changes with IT and clinical teams. Requires Epic Willow certification and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Epic Willow experience and certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Evaluate software releases and upgrades to optimize clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct testing, change management, incident resolution, and project coordination.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Discipline, or related field

Experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
